Our client is an independently owned design and brand agency, with a close team who are committed to delivering excellent work for their clients. They have expanded their digital and content offering and are now in a position where they need to bring this expertise into their growing team.

They are seeking an Account Manager with agency experience, and extensive digital experience. The successful applicant will be leading all web/digital projects, liaising with designers and web development partners, and ensuring client expectations, timelines and budgets are effectively managed along the way. Agency experience is critical, as well as an appreciation of the service aspects of an account management role, and a good understanding of social, email marketing, SEO and CMS. You will be the agency lead for all things digital.

This is a busy role with great opportunities for growth. There will be times when you’ll also need to manage work outside of digital, so an understanding of brand and design projects is also an advantage.
