Digital Account Manager – P4847

Our client is an independently owned award-winning branding and design agency, with a close team who are committed to delivering excellent work for their clients. They’ve had a busy year with new clients and a growing team.

They are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their client service team. The successful applicant will be leading all digital projects, liaising with designers and web development partners, and ensuring client expectations, timelines and budgets are effectively managed along the way.

Candidates for this role will need:

  • Agency experience
  • Extensive digital experience
  • Experience in client service with strong project management skills
  • The ability to develop digital marketing strategies across Google, Facebook and Instagram
  • Skills in Facebook Business Manager and Google products
  • Experience in email marketing and database management
  • A good understanding of SEO
  • CMS experience in Silverstripe, WordPress or Shopify

You’ll be the agency lead for all things digital. You’ll be responsible for planning, developing and managing the digital component of client’s briefs to improve their web and social presence, and to achieve their digital goals.
