Our client is a NZ-owned corporate service organization based in Newmarket.
They are looking for an Experience Designer to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a new role and covers customer strategy, human-centred design, CX, service design and UX.
The ideal candidate would have a broad understanding of all aspects of experience design, with a depth of knowledge in service design, and come from a background based in this area.
This role will contribute to the large transformation project across the organization, as well as initiatives for the future.
Candidates will need to be collaborative, smart and bring a ‘can do’ attitude to the team.
