PA/Office Administrator – design agency

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join a close-knit team as PA to the MD, receptionist and office administrator for this leading brand and packaging design agency.

Our client is one of New Zealand’s leading strategic brand and packaging design agencies. They’re well established and have an excellent reputation for delivering commercially successful outcomes for some of New Zealand’s most loved brands.

They are searching for an exceptional candidate to join their close-knit team as PA to the MD, receptionist and office administrator.

Duties include sole charge reception and office manager; providing support to the Commercial Manager; managing the MD’s schedule, social media management and organising meetings and events for the agency. The successful candidate will have a confident and positive personality, loads of initiative and be known for always going the extra mile in everything they do. You’ll oversee building, IT issues and all housekeeping to ensure the team can work at their best, and the environment is positive, welcoming and operating at an exceptionally high standard.  

You’ll need proven experience in an administrative role (knowledge of the creative/design industry would also be a bonus), exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a superb customer service ethos. Intermediate level experience with MS Word and Excel is mandatory. This is a full time role, based in central Auckland.
